Shipping & Processing Policy
All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners, currently Gelato and Printful. Your item is produced after you place your order, so there is no pre-made inventory ready to ship.
Production time
Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production time is separate from transit time. Orders containing multiple products may ship separately or take longer if items are produced by different partners.
Estimated delivery times
- United States: Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days from the order date
- Canada: Approximately 10–25 business days
- Europe: Approximately 10–30 business days
- Other international destinations: Approximately 10–35 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during holidays, peak order periods, severe weather, customs inspections, or carrier delays.
Shipping carriers
Depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment partner, orders may ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or a local postal carrier. Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country.
