Refund & Return Policy
Print-on-Demand & Returns
All of our products are made to order by our print-on-demand partners (Gelato and Printful). Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for wrong size, color, or item ordered by mistake.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product with an obvious defect or damage, we want to make it right. Please contact us at returns@myhometownvermont.com with a description and photo of the issue, and we will issue a full refund for the affected item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Wrong size or color ordered by the customer
- Change-of-mind returns
- Items without proof of defect or damage
